Randell started playing the trumpet at the age of 5, being inspired by his father, who also plays the trumpet. At the age of 16 he has his first professional gig: playing on an album by MC Gery Mendes. After that many more performances follow with a wide range of performers. In 2007 Randell joins Kyteman, where he later meets the other members of K.O.Brass!.
